I do have an option for you but that remove is currently obsolete. In order to replace it you must first upgrade the receiver to the Replacement 5-Function Remote Receiver with Replaceable Fuses part # LC305117 and then you can use the Replacement Touchscreen Remote part # LC358601.

Since you said the dimensions of your fan blades match the bracket dimensions in the picture I attached yes the # 277-000398 that you referenced would fit and work well as a replacement. They will bolt right up and work just fine. The blades would be right at an 1 inch longer than what you have but that won't make a difference in them fitting well. view full answer...

The # MR78ZR kit is designed for the older RE suspension and won't work with your setup. You have the LRE4000 if you have the #20 shear springs. You will still need to replace the rubber shear spring with the # MR79UR. Then you can use upgrade kit # MR79ZR which is designed for the LRE4000. view full answer...
If you turn the wheels by hand do you notice one wheel dragging more than the other? If so that would indicate additional friction which would create more heat. I imagine you'll find this to be the case. If the brake adjustments are the same and are good the other thing to check would be that the castle nut isn't too tight on the hotter wheel.
Also make sure the grease seal is intact on the hotter hub and that the grease didn't leak out. view full answer...
